**How to Iron On:**
1. **Preheat iron:** Set your iron to the cotton setting (around 350°F or 180°C) with no steam.
2. **Position patch:** Place the patch on your desired location.
3. **Protect the patch:** Cover the patch with a thin cloth or parchment paper.
4. **Apply heat:** Press the iron firmly over the patch for 30-40 seconds.
5. **Flip and repeat:** Turn the item inside out and iron the reverse side for another 30 seconds.
