Custom Leather Patch – Laser Engraved With Your Logo or Design, Any Size

CUSTOM LEATHER PATCHES - YOUR LOGO, YOUR ART, YOUR SIZE

Send me an image, a logo, a name, a club emblem, a band design, a business mark, or just a rough idea, and I will laser engrave and cut it into a real leather patch. Perfect for hats, vests, jackets, bags, belts, aprons, work gear and gifts.

Every patch is made to order by me in Oregon from vegetable tan leather. Vegetable tan leather engraves into rich brown tones and ages beautifully, getting darker and better looking the more you use it.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Pick your SIZE from the drop-down menu (size is the longest side of the patch).
2. Add to cart and check out.
3. After checkout I will email you to collect your design. You can also reply to your order confirmation email with your image attached (logo, photo, drawing, anything) and tell me the text you want, if any.
4. I will review your art, send you a digital preview, and make any tweaks you need before I engrave.
5. Once you approve, I engrave, cut and ship.

For the cleanest result, send the largest, clearest image you have (PNG or JPG, high resolution). Bold shapes and clean lines engrave best. Very tiny text or thin hairlines can get lost on small patches, so go up a size if your design is detailed. If your art is not ready, tell me what you want and I will help you clean it up.

SHAPES AND SIZES
Choose from the size menu, or message me for something different. Almost any size is possible, from tiny hat tags to large back patches. I can cut round, square, rectangle, oval, or a custom outline that follows the shape of your design, like the fish patch in the photos.

Please note: this is a single tone leather engraving (dark brown on natural tan), not a multicolor print. Colors in your image will be turned into shades of brown.

DETAILS
- Material: Oregon vegetable tan leather
- Made by: me, laser engraved and laser cut
- Backing: iron-on. Leather also sews on well if you prefer to stitch it.
- Every patch is made to order, so small differences in grain and tone are normal and are part of real leather. No two are exactly alike.

CARE
For iron-on patches, use a low heat setting with no steam, and press on the back with a cloth over the leather. Stitching around the edge is recommended for gear that gets heavy wear. Keep away from soaking water. Leather conditioner will keep it supple.
